<image:caption>I'm a Product Designer with 6+ years of experience building products that make complex workflows feel effortless. I specialize in research-led design. I don't start with solutions—I start with the most important part: the users. I’m an expert at turning data into actionable insights to generate creative solutions that marry user and business needs. Coming from 5+ years of social media strategy experience in advertising, I’ve always been passionate about creating data-backed experiences for a wide range of audiences. Outside of work, I love testing new recipes, immersing myself in the pages of a new world, and having dance parties with my one-year-old.</image:caption>

      <image:title>dutchie work - Purchase Orders Redesign</image:title>
<image:caption>The existing PO system in the Dutchie Backoffice was a PDF generator that sent a static document to the brand with the retailer’s requests which were then reconciled and negotiated offline. With the overhaul of the PO workflow to support B2B ordering, we created a robust ordering system that allowed retailers to order items from a brand-curated menu, as well as the ability to add items from their own POS catalog. Worked as 1 or 2 designers on the redesign of the Purchase Orders flow from the retailer-side with a team of product managers and engineers.</image:caption>

      <image:title>dutchie work - Settings Redesign</image:title>
<image:caption>When Dutchie acquired LeafLogix in 2021, the POS platform was reskinned to align with Dutchie’s branding. There was little to no attention to UX, and because of this, many of our legacy pages were left bare with little care for future scalability. We had plans to expand our hardware library with the addition of WebUSB, so we made the decision to overhaul the entire settings experience as a part of this project. Led design to overhaul the settings experience for our users to include more robust connectivity settings and self-service for device configurations. This project was done in close collaboration with an engineering partner who led the hardware library implementation.</image:caption>

      <image:title>dutchie work - PIN Login</image:title>
<image:caption>Budtenders working at retailers with session timeouts on their registers were experiencing frustration with constantly having to log back into the register with their username and password each time. I designed a net-new PIN login flow on the register for employees to quickly log back into their session without having to manually enter their username and passwords. This included the PIN login, resetting PINs, and adding PIN-related settings into the Backoffice. Led the 0-1 design of the PIN login flow and the redesign of the existing login flow.</image:caption>
